In its step of quality, EPC carries out usually the following operations:

• Report/ratio of ground geotechnics with measurement of resistivity and penetrometers. The report/ratio will be carried out before starting of the foundations.

• Realization of foundations after study by engineer geologist, with a contractual forecast of 80cm of depth, as well under the house as under the appendices (terraces, garage, hood…).

• Study of structure BA with plans of reinforcement according to the sysmic standard 1a.

• Realization of the plans by approved architect.

• Soundproofing in interior partitions of placostyle type with glass wool. Very good soundproofing obtained.

• Heat insulation in peripheral partitions by Optimum doubling with glass wool of 75mm.

• Heat insulation in roof by natural mineral wool on a thickness minimum of 210mm.

• Double bed of génoise supplemented by bed of génoise reversed at its base.

• Forecast of earthenware 20m2 by water room to the tariff of 23euros/m2. The choice of earthenware at a different price will involve more or corresponding depreciation. 

• Forecast of tiling with the tariff of 23euros/m2. The choice of tiling at a different price will involve more or corresponding depreciation.

• Installation of pleasant windows, broader than the usual windows, with systematic guard body.

• Systematic framing in extra thickness windows and doors which do not comprise shutters. 

• Forecast of a comfort out of electric component. The modification of the number of catches and standard lamps will involve more or corresponding depreciation.

• Forecast of a service valve.

• A thermal study you is realized in accordance with the Regulation Thermics 2005 (RT 2005), according to materials used (red bricks or breeze blocks).

• Proposal for a heating on the ground low temperature with heat pump or geothermics. 

• Daily follow-up of your building site.
